Sales Manager Composites
with the prospective role of
Director Sales (m/f/d)

The position is to be filled due to the regulation of the age succession of the Director Sales and offers you the opportunity to take on his role within the next 2 years. You will receive comprehensive trainings from the current holder of the position to be well prepared for your future job role.


  • In collaboration with the current Director Sales, you are responsible for key account management as well as the development, implementation and monitoring of partnership agreements.
  • You define sales targets, work independently on optimising sales processes and keep senior management informed about the status of target achievement.
  • You are involved in selection processes for new products and suppliers and participate in the preparation and implementation of marketing activities.
  • Your tasks also include working with various industry organizations/associations, participation in audits and monitoring the market.

Ideal qualification

  • You have completed a business or technical degree or have a comparable qualification.
  • You have several years of relevant sales experience as well as good business and negotiating skills.
  • You are familiar with technical products. Experience in the composites industry is desirable but not essential.
  • You are willing to travel in the region.
  • You are a good networker, bring leadership qualities and have excellent English communication skills.
